Simplex Water Softeners explained.

Simplex water softeners are best used for domestic properties and small commercial sites. They will soften the water during the day, and then in the down time during the night will regenerate using a sodium chloride solution. If you require any softener salt, then please do let us know.

Simplex softeners utilise a single vessel, so during this regeneration time, hard water will be able to pass through the system if water is called for. Wateq programmes these systems to regenerate at 2 o’clock in the morning as water is not normally need in a domestic situation. However, this can be altered for any customers with specific needs. Say for example a farmer needs water from 3 o’clock onwards. We can alter the regeneration cycle to start earlier when the farmer is asleep.
